9:00 AM – Midnight (lights out)

What’s Included

• Exclusive use of Croix-View Farm for your event day, including the barn, wooded ceremony site, heated & air-conditioned restroom trailer, and two getting-ready rooms—yours to relax, prepare, and celebrate.

• Bar service provided on-site. Croix-View Farm holds a full liquor license, and all alcohol served during your event must be purchased through the venue. Our fully stocked and staffed bar includes beer, spirits, mixers, cups, and garnishes. (No outside alcohol permitted.)

• Day-of coordination is not required but highly recommended for Friday events. Because this is a single-day package and everything must be removed by midnight, having a coordinator helps ensure you can fully enjoy your day without worrying about timelines, breakdown, or cleanup.
You’re welcome to hire an outside coordinator or add coordination hours through Croix-View’s trusted coordinators.

• Bring your own vendors—caterer, desserts, DJ, late-night snacks, and more. Choose what fits your vision and budget, and lean on our vendor recommendation list if you’d like guidance.

• Dedicated on-site staff member present throughout your event to assist with venue-related needs and help keep things running smoothly.

• Garbage and recycling removal included.

• Flexible payment schedule to support your planning process.

• Final walk-through meeting around your RSVP date to confirm details, timelines, and layout.

• Invitation to our open houses, giving friends and family a chance to see the space and share in your vision.

• Access to our private Croix-View Couples Facebook group—a great place to connect with other couples, swap vendor ideas, find décor inspiration, and receive venue updates.
