This is our most relaxed and immersive option—designed for couples who want time, flexibility, and space to truly enjoy the experience. With the full weekend at your disposal, you can decorate, rehearse, celebrate, and clean up without feeling rushed, allowing you to stay present and stress-free.

Weekend Access & Timeline

Friday | 1:00 – 7:00 PM
Decorating and rehearsal time. Lights out at 7:00 PM so you can head out for dinner or wind down before the big day. On-site food is welcome during this window, as long as everything wraps up by 7:00 PM.

Saturday | 9:00 AM – Midnight
Wedding day! Plenty of time to prepare, celebrate, and enjoy every moment.

Sunday | 9:00 AM – Noon
Cleanup and load-out at a comfortable, unhurried pace.

What’s Included

• Exclusive use of Croix-View Farm for the entire weekend, including the barn, wooded ceremony site, heated & air-conditioned restroom trailer, and two getting-ready rooms—yours to settle in, relax, and celebrate.

• Fully stocked and staffed bar service throughout your rental period. Croix-View Farm holds a full liquor license, and all alcohol served on-site—including during rehearsal and cleanup times—must be purchased through the venue. Beer, spirits, mixers, cups, and garnishes are all provided. (No outside alcohol permitted.)

• Bring your own vendors—caterer, desserts, DJ, late-night snacks, and more. You choose what fits your vision and budget, with access to our trusted vendor recommendation list if desired.

• Dedicated on-site staff member present during your event to assist with venue-related needs and help ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Garbage and recycling removal, so cleanup feels manageable and stress-free.

• Flexible payment schedule to support your planning timeline.

• Final walk-through meeting around your RSVP date to confirm layouts, timelines, and details.

• Invitation to our open houses, allowing friends and family to see the space and share in your vision.

• Access to our private Croix-View Couples Facebook group—a great place to connect with other couples, share vendor ideas, find décor inspiration, and receive venue updates.
